- Shipping Time
- Standard Shipping: Delivery within 5-7 business days from the date of dispatch.
- Express Shipping: Delivery within Chennai will be within 2-3 days from the date of dispatch.
- Shipping Charges
- Standard Shipping:A flat rate of ₹50 will be charged for orders below ₹1000.
- Express Shipping: Additional charges will apply based on the weight and destination of the package. The exact cost will be calculated at checkout.
- Order Tracking
- Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this number to track the status of your delivery on our logistics partner’s website.

- Delivery Attempts
- Our logistics partner will make two attempts to deliver your order. If you are not available at the time of delivery, please contact the logistics provider to reschedule.
- If the order is undelivered after two attempts, it will be returned to our warehouse, and we will contact you for further instructions.

- Please ensure that your delivery address is accurate and complete, including any specific instructions for locating your address.
